I had cancelled the services of Tikona as the the signal was not available in my new house and the same was confirmed by their engineer who took the modem from us and gave CPE Removal letter on 02-07-2013.Subsequently I have cleared all my bills and also received a mail from Tikona saying that my connection has been terminated. But from past few days their lawyers have been calling me and threatening me that a case has been registered against me for not returning the modem ( or pay Rs.1500). I spoke to the customer care and mailed them all the proofs I have regarding the termination. They promised me to solve this issue. But today again the lawyer calls me saying I will be getting summons from Delhi Court. I again spoke to the customer care and registered a complaint(id 1-2926698204).
