I paid Rs 3975 as an AMC for 4 free servicing of my water purifier in 12 months. The EURO helpline no 39883333 never works. Nobody responds to Pune head office no. The service has been pathetic ever since the AMC was done. I feel that I have been cheated by Eureka Forbes.Now the contract is going to expire in just 2 months, while 2 more free servicing are still left to be done. Please look into it and do the needful.
