Complaint Details
I ordered some books online from the website http://www.competitionreview.in/ and I also paid Rs 400 for the courier charges because I wanted to books urgently. After placing the order the dispatch department from this site was telling me that they can't send the books through speed courier and they will send them through registered parcel of India Post. They told me to choose some other books which will be adjusted with the speed courier charges (Rs 400). But when I email them along with the list of books they told me that they can only send the books if they are available.

Now I want to know how do I claim the Rs 400 that i paid for the courier if they can't send any books for that value?

I have the payment confirmation email also and it is mentioned on that mail that i have made a payment of Rs 1032.

I have also attached the screenshot of the website where they ask for courier charges of Rs 400.

Their website also doubles the number of item selected for online buying if the page is refreshed or revisited. So some people may not notice it and they might place order for excess items by mistake.

Please find the payment confirmation mail below and tell me what can be done in this case?
