I have bought Novafit 203-U Magnetic Bike from Snapdeal.com. Bike was received on 30th Oct'13 but found defective. 2 parts were broken & Magnetic wheel found defective. I raise complain at snapdeal.com, they gave Complain no. #3751089. They told that within 4 days reverse pickup collector will come to pickup product & Full money will be refunded.
I had called helpline nos so many times but till today, i.e. 21st Nov'13, no pickupman came & my money is not refunded. Kindly do the needful.
