vodafone customer care executive ashima mohunta had assured me a refund of my bbm advance paid for the month of november december and january(Rs. 900), when i had changed my phone to an i phone and wanted an iphone plan. they are refusing to pay me back the extra amount paid. i had also wanted the ownership of the number changed and had applied for the same a week back. its been 7 days and i havent hard from them.
