Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that on 7-Nov-2013 I have placed an order on www.100bestbuy.com of “DishTV TruHD + High Definition and Recorder Kit with 5 Years of HD Royale Pack” with price Rs. 18,490/-. On the same day of placing the order I have given a mail to them for some queries and a customer care executive called me several times from numbers +91 9036013478 at 8.47 PM, +91 8904048979 at 8.53 PM, +91 8904048962 at 8.57 PM, +91 9036013516 at 9.06 PM, +91 9036013514 at 9.09 PM, +91 9036013470 at 9.16 PM and confirmed the price written in their website and said that this is the last day Diwali offer price in their website. After that I placed the order with full payment of Rs. 18,490/- vide Order ID: 13090811 /Reference No: 27307697 by SBI Internet banking with SBI transaction ref no. IGN6818776 and the executive give me the number of a contact person named Satish Kumar Sau with contact no. +91 7813001108 for further query about my order.
On 9-Nov-2013 an executive call me over my mobile and said that the order has been dispatched/shipped. After that no further call/mail came from them and also several times while tracking the order at their site vide their Order ID or Reference No., no data is found till date.
Now, on 14-Nov-2013 an executive called me and said that they are unable to provide the order with the above price (Rs. 18,490/-) and I have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 3,150/- to get the product or I have to cancel the order. So, unwillingly with no alternative left, I have to cancel the order over phone and he said that the amount will be given back to my SBI account from which I have paid them.
After that, 7 days had gone but no amount is given back to my account. I think that the company is a cheater and they usually done this type of things. They usually lowered the price in their website to fraud the customer.
Many times I deal with Naaptol, eBay, Rediff Shopping, Futurebazaar, Snap Deal and many other online shopping but they never give me a chance to complain. This is a very low level company and without trust of worthy. They disappoint and hurt me so badly that now I fear of online shopping.
Please look into the matter and help me and also save the other customer from this fraud company.
