Complaint Details
A recharge transection on my telephone number 7278637756 was completed on 21/11/2013 at about 12:30 PM. The successful transection reciept was recieved in the form of SMS with transection number 13112112372200468. But the main balance of my account was deducted. When i contacted the customer care they said no such transection took place.
