I purchased Eureka Forbes Aquasure Crystal water purifier almost 3 weeks back and after two attempts, was able to connect with the customer care to request for installation service. When the request was registered, I was promised the installation would happen within two days. Called them back after two days and they promised to send the engineer on the same day. Its been two days after the last call and no one has bothered to call back or come and install the product. We are forced to purchase mineral water from outside for our consumption even though with the water purifier we have the option to get clean water, but since it is not yet installed, its been useless.
