i have a eureka forbes water purifier (aquaguard compact model).
And i purchased a 3 year AMC in year 2009 which runs till 2012.
As part of the AMC, the carbon and the candle of the water purifier have to be replaced every 6 months.
But since last 1 year nobody from eureka forbes visited us and we have tried calling many times but we are only getting verbal assurances.
