I have been raising a service request with eureka forbes to install my water purifier in my new house from last 6 months. Every time they raise a service request number, never attend it even after hundreds of calls and clos it after 20 or 25 days as attended, without even checking the status with me. 3 weeks back i again raised a service request and they did it yet again. They never responded to this request and every day when i call up they say they will get it fixed in a day. My service request no 84585394 raised on 03/31/2011, hasn't been answered yet. From Oct 2010 - Apr 2011, all my calls all the follow up has gone waste. Its been 6 months and i don't know for what reason they refuse answer my request. I spoke to some Mr Prasad who supposedly is the incharge of service in Hyderabad. And he dint not even have the courtesy to attend my follow up calls.
