The receipt no. of my Annual service Contract with Eureka Forbes is : 4520471036.
Contract period : From 27/3/2011 upto 26/3/2012
Complaint : After recent servicing (last week) of my 'Total Reviva" brand Reverse Osmosis based Water Purifier system of Eureka forbes by a technician of company's authorised franchisee for services (M/s. Dhara Enterprise), the pump in the system started leaking. A telephonic complaint was made by me to the company's Ankleshwar based service center on 13.04.2011. False promises were made to me, but no one has turned up so far to resolve the issue on permanent basis. Since 15.4.2011, the pump has totally stopped working and the system is in break-down condition. Many complaint calls were made by me on 16.4.2011, but no service technician has visited so far to my residence to resolve the problem. I feel that my complaint is being neglected by the company (Eureka Forbes) and its franchisee (M/s. Dhara Enterprise) and there doesn't seem any apparent effort for the same by them either.
In short, I feel cheated, and want a compensation for the inconvenience & consequential losses incurred to me due to this incident.
