I had a complaint about the servicing of our eureka forbes RO system and i called up the helpline number for Lucknow which came as its not a valid number. So i called up delhi helpline. The executive Ms Deepali said she can't help me and gave me another number in lucknow to try. I kept trying that number but it was continously busy. I called back the helpline number again, this time the executive Mr. Himanshu after listening to the whole thing said he cant hear me and put down the phone(he was responding to me properly when i was telling him the issue). I could hear some girls laughing in the background.Then called up the number third time . This time again Ms. deepali answered. I asked her about the number she gave me to which she replied Oh but mam today is sunday try it tomorrow. I asked her that she didn't informed this to me earlier. She didn't replied and didn't even applogised about it. When i asked about some body senior to attend this call, she said nobody senior is there on the shift. Then when I insisted she again changed her statement and said the supervisor had gone for a tea- break and can't attend the call. Then again when i said I will wait she put me on hold without informing and came back after few minutes and said that i should take the head office number and call there.Again failing to inform that it wont be answered today. I only asked about it. And told her that i want to talk to somebody senior right now.Then after much waiting she transfered my call to supervisor Mr Mustafa. It was such a task to speak to a supervisor and they all seemed totally indifferent to the issue and were just in a hurry to put down the phone. I never expected this out of eureka forbes and am very disappointed.
