Today after more than 30 days there is no any information of product I ordered Rs. 1999/- (Detailed description is attached as word file named complaint.docx). I called their care center so many times but they always said that courier will be dispatched in 2-days or 3-days. I have called them again and asked them to refund the amount but they give no any positive response (I had also maid email communications with them but no effect on them). Even I warned that I will complain but no effect.
