I Ordered a product online with HS18, on 19th Nov'13 around 19:23, which was shipped to my sisters address through Safexpress (AWB No.36476230), on the very first day since i got this AWB no. i was trying to track the order online through safexpress official website. No details were being fetched as it was showing "No Data Found".I tried to report the issue to Safexpress Branch office but no one responded to my call. The very next day i.e. 20th-Nov'13, i called up Safexpress customer care and they informed me that the shipment for this AWB has been delivered.

I called up HS18 team and they informed me that it is not possible becasue the product has been shipped yesterday evening at no cost is can be delivered yesterday itself. It will take 4 working days. They also. told me that there may be issues with tracking no. or someting.
Since then i havent received the product. On 22nd-Nov'13 i came to know that the product has been delivered to some unknown person. POD for the same has been attached (provided by Mr.Prashant Safexpress Customer support Team). I never received the product and the in POD it is showing that i "Anand Singh" has taken the delivery.

The address provided for delivery belongs to my Sister's "Jaya Pawar" office, how come i take the delivery. When questioned to Safexpress team what proof of identity was checked by your field team before delivery of the product, they have no answers for it.
Also, if the shipment was with them before or by 19th-Nov'13 why no data was being flashed for the same in their website. Even today when Safexpress is claiming prodcut has been delivered why the website is showing "No Data Found".

I want safexpress team to deliver my product safely at the given address on or before Monday (25th-Sep'13). HS18 Team has also confirmed that safexpress has delivered the product to some wrong person / address.

I have been following up with both Safexpress team (Mr.Prashnat Tripathi) as well but he is also not providing satisfactory response.

Kindly help me to get my shipment delivered.
