Hi,

I have installed 8-9 months before Enhance RO at my home town Rampur (U.P.)-244901. I am a customer of Eureka forbes since last 8-10 years and I have not seen any dissatisfaction of service but this time I am facing issue since starting day of installation of RO.

Actually my mother & father live in the house where I installed RO and they are not knowing much about technology whenever they faced any problem, they just called to the person who had installed it and he did whatever he can do best but with this he always insisting them to get filter/memrine changed due to it is not working properly. I am not understanding why there was a problem in the starting months.

Now they have told me and 1 month before I complaint it in customer care and get serviced by the technician and he has given the number in case of any problem and again 2-3 days back memrine has stopped working, They called him and he also told now to get the filter/memrine changed.

I have complaint to customer care now again with the ticket number 73988271 and nobody has contacted us . I am not able to understand why this time I am getting problems and why the parts of RO has been creating problems. I am little worried about the brand name of Eureka. We are using four nos. of RO in our family of same brand and we are not facing any issue.
