Complaint Details
I hold a motor insurance policy from HDFC Ergo with policy number 2311100001964103002 expiring on 27/11/2013. Now when I tried renewing the policy for next year, HDFC Ergo denied saying I have claimed accident for more than 2 times in three years as per their internal guidelines. This clause was not past of the agreement signed with them and it is totally unfair on their part. Attached is the communication between the company and myself. Please help
