Dear sir /madam,
my name is rahul gupta,
Before some days i have visited the pecific mall sahibabad industrial area gaziyabad.
On the first floor of that mall a little icecreame parlor name "gelato vinto"
here after see the price list venila regular @Rs.44 i ordered 2.
Sales man mr. Nitanahu provided me that.
And when i asked how much?
He told me Rs.575/-
I was surprised because it should be about Rs.100.
Till that time bill was not generated so i requested him to return ice cream because i dont want this becz i cant pay that much.
Then he replied me very rudely that you have to pay that at any cost.
And started to abusing me.
That time i was with my family so i paid the amount and requested for bill and got it.


So my issue is that--

1) gelato vinto is cheating customers by imposing that much price without serving any other facilities and environment.
They dont have even sitting facilities.

2) The sales person Mr. Nitanshu,
The manager and all other person there, behave very rudely with customers.

3)i m not single that is facing this type of problem.
Many people being cheated and misbehaved here.
Stand near the counter and have a look in 5-10 minutes.

So please solve my problem and take a very strong and quick action against "Gelato vinto"
Mr. Nitanshu(salesman) and the other persons who is responsible for that type of thing.
