Highly disappointed with the services & the way Jet has handled its customers.
I was travelling with my 1 year old infant from Chandigarh to New Delhi (9W2652) 4:50 pm flight PNR - ZTSKHS & had a connecting flight from New Delhi to Jaipur at 8:05 pm on 1st Dec 2015.
I got a msg from Jet that the flight is delayed and will leave only at 5:35 pm.
However I reached the airport well in time. Without any further intimation, the flight kept on getting delayed and left Chandigarh only around 6:15 pm. I had no time to even call the Indigo people to inform about my delay. I also checked with the Jet airways counter about my possibility of catching the connecting flight and they said that it would not be a problem at all.
However, after reaching Delhi at 7:15 pm I rushed with my infant like crazy around the T3 airport to find assistance so that i can catch my indigo flight from Terminal 1 D. Your staff just kept me waiting at the enquiries desk for at least half an hour, By that time I had to literally shout on them and they took my to the jet ticketing counter @ the Departures section.
At 7:50 I reached the counter and it was all in vain, they couldn’t get any proper solution. My infant wasn’t well, and with no support in Delhi, i begged them to arrange and alternative flight to Jaipur, which wasn’t there.
The staff at the ticketing counters behaving totally inhumanly. They didn’t even get water when asked for the baby, forget making us comfortable.
Total misbehavior is the word.
After too much persuasion by 9:00 pm at last the DM Mr. Akhil came for understanding the issue but of no use. He told me I have other way than spending the night with my infant by sitting on the chairs.
They could not even arrange a proper seat for me and my infant and told me that i have to buy another flight ticket to Jaipur and confirmed me that they have placed a request for complete refund of my indigo ticket from Del-Jaipur. I had no choice then but to buy the ticket of the next Jet flight.
You will never be able to compensate for the horrific experience and the inconvenience that was caused by your airline. But I want immediate compensation on the below:

1. Confirmation on the refund of the Indigo ticket
2. Complete refund of my Del-JPr ticket issued on 2nd Dec.
