Dear Concerned, I have Submitted my handset to Mobile store, Panbazar, Guwahati outlet on 27.08.2013. The mobile was under extended warranty service.Sir/Madam, now its been almost 3 months that i did not get my mobile. I have also contacted MobileStore customer care many times (Through phone and E-mail), but no one is giving me proper response about my handset. Handset extended warranty no. : EXWAR0666358. Complaint no. with Mobile store (Phone) : MSCO10028287. Complaint no. with Mobile store (Email) : TMS1310E1292 & TMS1310E1644. Also they are telling me to pay 3000 rupees extra to get my handset back. It is now 3 months, there is no update on my handset. Kindly do the needful.
I am not able to attach the invoice as the letters are not recognisable in it.
