Complaint Details
We had a booking at Presidency Hotel-Cochin on 25th November, 2013 through Kerala holidays Pvt. Ltd. After reaching we were told that hotel is running full and they have arranged an accommodation for us in a inferior hotel(Amrutha International) which have very less facilities. The way we had transferred to the other was very embarrassing. The tariff difference was also very high.
