Dear CCRC, I purchased Aquaguard total RO REVIVA from Eureka Forbes (CHENNAI DIVISION). I recently encountered cleaning issue and a field service executive (Momin) came and cleaned the same recommeded me AMC and told me that every 3 months, he will come and clean the equipment, no service charge, otherwise (without AMC) for every visit I have to pay some service charge. I agreed for AMC. Immediately a few days after the cleaning, I am encountering issues that the tank is getting filled only half-way. I have been calling them desparately to rectify this issue (may be sensor problem)... everytime I call 39883333, I am getting a Oral commitment, but nothing is happening. No progress until now. I have already called them up a few times in the past month. Kindly help. I would want someone to come and fix my issues since my equipment is under AMC.
