Dear Sir,
I have bought Aquafina Designa water purifier from the commpany. After some 3 years the purifier wtopped working. I called service person for repairing. He repaired the same temporarily and after one month it stopped again. The same thing happened three times in last six months. I am asking them to replace whatever the parts they need and I am ready to pay for the same, however still they do not want to repair it completely. They are interested in charging me Rs 250.00 everytime. Now since last 10 days I am complaining them to send the technician, they are not responding at all. My wife has to boil water every day or we have to buy costly drinking water from outside.
