I have purchased a RO water purifire(eureka forbes)on may 2010 from above mentioned agency.He didn't provide after sale service .On 10.04.11 this purifire stopped working .The service personnel told about the choacking of membrane & asked to replace in lieu of a payment of 2500/.When I asked him about warranty & routine service ,he misguided me.Later I talked to Mr.O P Sharma(service head of UP),he also replied about warranty on electronic items.More over when we agreed to replace the membrane then service personnel asked me to replace all other filters too.Since the costliest item is membrane rather filters.I want to draw your attention sir,a game all these people are playing because it is related with health, no one put his family in danger.Above all my point is non compliance of warranty and after sale service due to which membrane got choaked. During sales they have told that filters must be changed after a year & membrane after two year. Sir kindly check these type of malpractices of either company ward or agencies and if possible I must be compansated.
