I had purchased a "Infinity WP system" on 20th November 2010 from IITF from the agent name Rinko and agent code is 9025920. He promised me that day, if i'll purchase any Water Purifier from IITF stall, i'll get life time free service and 2 candle changes free of cost. 2nd Promised was he will provide me 2m length rubber pipe. but i am very disappointed with the promises. Now Eureka is not ready to give me life time free service and candle free of charges. Even they did not send me the correct bill. I approached my self to the Karol Bagh Office and requested for my bill. Please look into this and take necessary action.
