i Purchased a Water Purifier from Eureka Forbs Last Year , Sales Executive Promissed us to come every Three months for Service. but There is no body Come for same, even on 12.04.2011 our water filter stoped. i launch a complain on 14.04.2011 on Eureka forbs helpline no. the executive promise to solve problem within two days. my complain no is 84664083. no body came then i call again on 21.04.11 for same still no body come. then i call on 26.04.2011 still they promise that there fellow will come within two days. my father is heart paitained and doctor recomanded us for filter water so now we purchase filter water cane from market daily basis. please help us
