As per terms of purchase, I was to obtain 2 free services in the 1st year of purchase. I did not receive any free service, though over 2 years have elapsed since purchase. I have registered my complaint several times (Complaint numbers 61809213, 61872377, 190411424) but though the Service Phone Center assures me that 2 services would be free, the service man who called on me has said that I would have to pay for the service since 2 years have elapsed. Eureka Forbes has cheated me by assuring that 2 free services would be provided in the 1st year and has not provided any free service even though over 2 years have elapsed.
