Complaint Details
I had ordered for Reviiva order no # 422000400 on 25th april & was committed by sales person that machine will be delivered trow at 2000 hrs & installed thereafter, on this basis we had ordered for machine. On 26th april I reminder Saler person at 1830 that machine should be installed tday itself & he promised same will be done. I received machine at 2030 hrs & when I was trying to call Sales person several times he was not receiving the call. Delivery boy had another number of his Boss when i asked him that it was committed to insatll machine on 26th april then why it is not been done, Nirav said same will be installed trow( 27th april ) before 1200 hrs & when asked him why false commitment made yesterday then he came back saying arrogantly that they had delviered the machine as promised & will install only trow. I refused to accept the machine & asked for refund of entire amount then after few mins received call from sales person recommitting that trow machine will be installed at 0700 hrs in morning or else will refund entire amount. We are from Mumbai n all my relatives & freinds use Eireka forbes because of service but in Ahmedabad it is vice a versa, false promises made, not committed. I will make sure to do mmouth publicity of Eureka Forbes bad service in Ahmedabad. I am Secreatary of my complex of 400 members & will inform all not to use Eureka Forbes & also ask them to inform their relatives, freinds. If machine is not installed trow before 0700 hrs then I will lodge a complaint.
