Product is Motolrola XT1033 Moto G 16 mobile phone. It stoped working OS corrupted (as conveyed by the service center) & tried to visit a motorola service center near me. But they are not equipped with related tools and software to assist customers coming-up with grievances. They were not able to assist me to resolve the issue and asked me to go to vadodara service center. As the service center is far away from my city i approached the online support on motorola chat support,and they just gave me another address of service center at Surat which is not active either. Motorola phones now owned by Lenovo are selling in large no. across the country and do not even have enough and quality service/ after sales support centers to assist the motorola users. All my work and daily life activities are getting hampered due to this. i am suffering a huge loss due to this as my phone isn''t working. Motorola should help me as well as all other customers like me with this issues. What is is the use of buying a phone from a company which cannot assist their customer for after sales & service support? A strict action should be taken against the brand and owners of this company. Today smartphones are basic needs of our day to day activities and business and if company selling its products in large number in India does not take any steps for taking care of their customers then they should not be allowed to operate here or a strict action should be taken against them ans asked to mandatory have ample and quality.
