I have booked the vehicle on 14th Nov 2015. With a ex-showroom price as INR 746500/- with a booking advance of 60 K and the vehicle allotted. The sales person have not informed me there could be price revision before registration. Later due to introduction of cess by government on 15th Nov 2015. The list price is increased by 6K the final invoce amount was 751701/-. They revised the price of the allotted identified stock without educating me on the price revision. I am sure there is no impact on the swach Bharath cess on an identified stock. Can I get any remedy from the consumer helpline.
