Two carton boxes booked on 07-Dec-2015 (LR No. BLR020058976) from KPN Bangalore Mathikere branch to Chennai Tiruvanmiyur branch. The parcel is not delivered till date. The staffs at Tiruvanmiyur branch and the Salem head offices giving irresponsible replies are not acceptable and they are testing our patience. Kindly take suitable action against the company and their officials and do the needful to deliver the parcel to us.
