i ordered a product from shopclues.com on 14 october 2015, order no. 71500152 through my email vyomaggrawal@gmail.com
i waited till 3rd november but they didnt deliver product after which i tried to cancel the order but there was no option for that. on 4th i went home and on 6th november i received a mail that your product has been delivered. i didnt received any call from the delivery person, i dont know whom he delivered or may be the case he didnt delivered at all.
i tried to call company but call didnt connected as their number never works. i tried to contact them through filing return request then they called me but i didnt had the product. after 2 months i came to college and tried to find the product but found nothing. i asked shopclues that if they deliver the product they tell me the name of person whom did they deliver but they were unable to disclose the name. thus i am left with no remedy.
