Complaint Details
I booked a 5 nights/ 6 day tour to Kashmir with SOTC. I paid 107000 in total.
Before starting for the holidays I enquired several times whether it is safe to travel and SOTC
Confirmed that it is. After reaching Kashmir we found from their suppliers in Kashmir that the situation is tense.
We were given only 2 days of excursion and the remaining part of excursion was not taken care. The supplier refused to take us to Gulmarg and Pahelgom citing tense situation.

When we contacted SOTC their response was lukewarm however on our persistant request they arranged our flight back on the 4th day.
When we raised this issue with Sandeep Modak to return 50000 INR for services not rendered or give us another excursion worth 50000, they refuse and offer only a 5 night 6 days tour to Himachal. They are refusing
To reimburse the loss we have to take on air fare due to their deficienvy of service.
I need my grievance to be taken up with Kuoni travels+SOTC.
