Complaint Details
I have been having network speed / connection issues since last August. They temporarily resolved the issue in November 2015 and I had no problems till 11th January 2016. Since then I am either unable to connect to the net or get very low speeds ( < 1.7Mbps ) on a 4G connection. Airtel only comes out with excuses saying that they are planning a new site but do not say when it will be ready. They will not answer my question as to what happened to the network that was working good from November to 11th Jan. They are not ready to offer a refund either for the devices that they have sold me since they are useless without a proper connection. At last I mailed their COO Gopal Ananthanarayanan all the details. Though their Bangalore team manager Nancy called me on Friday she did not have any answers. She offered to call on Saturday but did not bother. Please help me in getting a refund for my connection and devices. I am also attaching an email that they sent me when I complained on the PG Portal. It clearly shows that they have been selling connections without having a proper network
