Dear Sir/ Madam,

On December 18, 2015, I purchased a postpaid connection for my datacard from reliance mobile store, r k road, Ludhiana. Initially services were good. After about a month the company started calling me on daily basis regarding the additional payment for Rs 117/-, giving no reason of payment upon my asking repeatedly. On the day of purchase I payed full and final amount of 1100 as told by the sales person of the reliance communication and he didn't told me about any other charges. It is about a two weeks now that I am unable to use the services for which I paid Rs 1100/- as Reliance Communications had suspended the services, because of non payment of unfair charges asked by Reliance Communication.

Kindly Assist me in the legal action against Reliance Communications.
