Hi,

On 17/10/2010 I have purchased a Vaccum Cleaner from Eureka Forbes . However the person who sold the product updated me that within a week I will receive all purchasing details such as bill and the necessary documents . But till now I have not received the same . I have already contacted more than two times but no result . Last time (31/3/2011)I logged a complain (Request No: 84585623) the concerned person (Priti) updated that you will receive all the details within two days....but no luck.

If you guys can do something it will be great.
