As per below attachment
I palaced the order on 9th Feb,
almost 10 days has gone

the Company (Whaaky) is not able to deliver the shipment on his commitment time

I try to speak customer care no. 040-66228282 but, I think, They don't have any person to attend the call
Even they are active on mails
U have mailed 4 mails to them But I got only single time response. and the reply was just new customers welcome

At that duration I lost my patience. I lost my money, I lost my trust on Whaaky

and one of very costly thing time
I also lost this
who is responsible for all that
although when first time I mailed to whaaky
I specially request them
that please try to deliver as soon as possible

but they did work
just opposite that


I want escalate this issue on high level
so that no one could face same problem like me
