Hi,

There was an important document couriered to me from Bangalore on 4th Feb 2016 and this reached the DTDC, MIDC branch Andheri East on 5ht Feb 2016. This document has been either delivered to a wrong customer or it has been misplaced or Lost by DTDC. I have been waiting for this document for many days now.

I also, went to the MIDC office to check for the courier but they said it has been delivered on 5th Feb. I was at home entire day on 5th Feb 2016 and this was not delivered to me. It was also not dropped inside the mail box at my apartment.

I have been chasing them badly from 16th Feb 2016 post I came to know that the document was already couriered on 4th Feb 2016. The customer care representatives are very rude and they don't have a proper response. I even wrote 2 emails but no resolution to my problem.

The People working the MIDC office are not aware where this document was delivered. It is very important for to get this document before anyone missusing it. I have been chasing them hard but there is no proper response and I am helpless now.

Hence, I am reaching out to Consumer Complaints Redressal Council of India and need their strong intervention to redolve this matter. Please help me in getting this document immediately. DTDC should be punished for creating trouble and harassing the customer for 15 days and a stong penalty should levied for negligence.

I have enclosed the copy of the bill which has the tracking number (B29359137).

I want this document at any cost and teach DTDC a good lesson.
