Complaint Details
My complaint is against Nextra Broadband services for not providing invoice against the advance payment charging every month. I have Nextra broadband connection account number 2044612 is installed my name.

Nextra broadband takes advance payment every month for the broadband services provided by them.
I have been requesting Nextra Broadband customer services support including their nodal and Appellate officer for the same for last two months, but none of them is providing me the invoice for the payment they are charging. They say that the company has stopped providing invoice for the payment collected by them.
In this regard it is requested to ask the company to provide invoice for the advance money they are collecting.
