Hi,

I made an international flight booking on 5th February (booking ID: NN2301312291783) and used a promotional code HTLFLT which was supposed to give a cashback of INR 5000 within 15 days (not 15 working days). I have an email from MMT as well which confirms this. So, the cashback was supposed to be credited by 20th February. I have sent numerous emails to which there is no response. And everytime I call I'm asked to wait for 72/96 hours. It's already been over 96 hours since I first made the call still today I am getting the response "please wait for 96 hours". It's a case of marketing fraud by MMT, if they can't give cashback, why advertise?!
