Complaint Details
I orderred “saptarishi sandhi sudha plus” on 5th jan on shoppingadda.com and amount credited to “discountexpress.in”.

I got the product (order no 60475) on 11th jan. But the product is different.

I ordered “saptarishi sandhi sudha plus” with govinda’s picture on the pack (Screenshots attached). But I received “herbacure sandhi sudha plus”.

I called their customer care no '0847 0000 333' on 12th Jan 2016 (Complaint no. : 6022). They assured me, they will contact with in 72 hours to resolve the problem. But they never call me. Today on 25th Jan 2016 I again called them. Today also they told me, they will contact me with in 24 hours.In the mean time I also sent several email to 'care@shoppingadda.com'. But they never replied. After lots of tries I got another no '08010888880'. When I contacted that no, they asked me to retun that product & they will refund my money. I returned the product on 3rd Feb 2016 (EMS Tracking No : EW126461930IN). But Still now I didn't get the refund. now they even don't put my phone calls. So I request you please take strong action upon them. And help me to get my refund.
