Complaint Details
PAYTM is not arranging the pick of my order ( no. - 1519145792) placed on 8th Feb 2016. I requested for the return of the item on 13th Feb 2016. I waited for a week for the pick of the item but no pick up was arranged even they approved the return. Then I send many emails to arrange a pick up but no resolution. Every time they say we're looking into this and we'll contact you within 48-72 hours. Once sapna called me about the return pick up but she did nothing. I send many more emails but no resolution yet. Now.they aren't replying to my emails. I spent 3079 RS on this item. They have 15 days return policy. I requested in the beginning of first 15 days but no return pick up yet. I'm getting frustrating with PAYTM as RS 3079 is huge money and I don't want to lose this much of money. Im available between 7 am to 1pm as i work after 1 pm. Please help me to get this resolved as soon as possible.
