I Purchased a Huawei Nexus6p smartphone Rs.37000 from Huawei authorized dealer retail store in Bangalore, I received the device with Defect On Arrival(DOA), need DOA certificate from Huawei for replacement or cash back. I reached Huawei retail store in Bangalore to provide DOA but they rejected. Please help.
