They have debit frozen my account, from yesterday m talking to them to remove because I am out of station when I visit the branch they don't have a sense how to speak with customer and using vulgar language when I complaint to customer care they said me to visit other branch. I went to nr road branch bangalore there the deputy manager did not respond to me for 30 minutes later on he says he can't do if he can't do atleast he could have told early itself right? My question is if kys is due how they accept cash deposit where they can't let me withdraw the money why they need customers money when the account is in frozen mode. From yesterday they have wasted my money and time to the money yesterday I received is for hospital bill when I was in emergency they don't let me to withdraw and made me to take loan from others at 9 o clock in the evening I paid the hospital bill because of this if something happened to the patient touch wood noting happened if it could have then who were responsible for his life? My question is why they accept deposit where my account is in frozen mode? They should have not accept the deposit why they need customers money? Are they fooling customers? I will take this issue to media and consumer court.
