Hello All,

I have bought a product from Quikr website (Ad ID: 254718157) and opted for Quikr Doorstep service for delivery of the product. Quikr customer care members called me and scheduled the product delivery on 24-Feb-2016 and the delivery time was between 1pm to 4pm. I wanted the product to be delivered to my new property where we haven't started living yet but asked the Quikr guys to deliver to that address.

I didn't get any call from the Delivery people until 4:35pm and a delivery guy from the number 9700312477 called me up and confirmed about the delivery and apologized for the delay caused due to vehicle breakdown and he said he will get the product to my place with in hour. Since then I was following up with them on the delivery everytime I call they extend the time to another 30 minutes, but the product was not delivered even at 8pm. When seriously asked the delivery guy he then irresponsibly responded that he will deliver the product at his convenient time as he felt this is not priority. I was surprised by the response and called up the Delivery team who handles the issues at 0124-6692244 and they team very robotically responded that they will not repeat the issue and said kindly bear with the team. Then I was not so surprised the way the Delivery guy behaved. Totally pathetic Services by Quikr Doorstep such an unprofessional customer care people and pathetic service and worst responses. They act like just like ROBOTS they don't even know the courtesy of correcting their mistakes or apologizing to the customers effectively at all.

Totally pissed, fed up with these serivces. ONE SERIOUS NOTE TO QUIKR JUST SHUT DOWN THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU AND FOR ALL OF US.....
