I am a very old customer of your company. After complaining more than 20 times, I am even fed up of complaining now. The internet does not work for more than 4 to 5 times in the month. When the internet stops it does not work for almost a day or two. They don't give proper answers.

I have paid for the annual plan and it has not even been 5 months completed. I would either like to have a permanent solution to my problem or give me refund for the remaining period and my deposit amount. They are only cheating like this by taking all the money and then not giving proper service.

They say that their terms and conditions do not allow any kind of refund; but this is only valid when they are able to give adequate, proper services. So, they should not brag about this terms and policies.

If you are not able to respond. GIVE ME REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
