Causing delay in delivery Earning more capital at the cost of purchasers we paid full 95%cost/202GulmohurResidency OLIVE,Builder increased risk to our lives,reduced/resident unit area in corridors, lifts parks,parking,club etc.They have provided reinforcement initially for much lesser rise & No. of flats but now going on constructing more & more indefinitely for their unlawful monetary gains.We have been compelled to pay enormously for living on rent elsewhere.Builders had also accommodated one Agency GOWO, who charged>Rs.onelac for proper watch on quality, completion & getting on time possession for us but disappeared from the site & scene.We are being kept completely in dark about the quality, extent of construction ,completion& possession of the flat/ project.Being put to irreparable losses.
