Complaint Details
1. The navigation card was first stolen in the workshop during first service and then after several arguments and follow up the card was replaced. Now when i have called them for updating the navigation card Mr. Soham (the workshop manager) told that this can be done online and i have to approach the map my india online. after which i have paid an an amount of Rs. 500 for single update to map my india and now today got the information after calling map my india customer care that being a pirated card they are unable to update this and they will refund the money paid online.
Secondly at the time of purchase an additional fitting of DRL lights and project head lamps was done at Nissan showroom, it was told that nothing will happen to the lights and this is covered under warranty, but now the official is asking me that it is not covered and i need to pay Rs. 1000 etc for this, also the date written on the warranty card is not the day i purchased. there is a clear cheating by the official of of Central Nissan.
