Complaint Details
Iam using Tatasky HD connection from last 4 years & paying 400/- monthly as monthly charges. now iam unable to get only few channels on my connection so for the same i contacted customer care but Tatasky Ltd is demanding 170/- to resolve this & to release channels. i didn't understand why i have to pay service charges again as iam paying monthly rentals. very worst customer support & poor services from Tatasky Ltd.
