Complaint Details
For the last 15 days my broadband service is out of order. The problem is persisting for at least last 2 years. The service is very unreliable and after lodging complaint it usually takes 15days to a month to resolve the matter. The person incharge of telephone line invariably puts the blame on broadband server While person incharge of broadband server blames it on telephone line. My complaint and subsequent redressal history may pl be looked into for assessing severity of the issue. Kindly do the needful.
