RESPECTED SIR,

I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTN. THAT RELIANCE ARE NOT DOING THEIR SERVICE ACCORDING THE TRAI GUIDE LINES. DUE TO OVER BILLING RECEIVED SINCE JUNE,15 REGARDING VAS ADDED ON MY MOBILE NO.9323713960, I WAS NOT INTERESTED GO AHEAD THEIR SERVICE AND REMOVED THE SIM FROM MY HAND SEND SINCE 5TH OCTOBER, 2015 AND I GOT SAME PLAN CONNECTION TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND I AM RECEIVING ONLY NOMINAL BILL AND HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I HAD SEND TERMINATION REQUEST BY EMAIL TO RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR TERMINATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT BECAUSE I DON'T WANT USE TWO SIM AT A TIME IN ANY HOW. I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ONCE I HAVE SETTLED ALL THE DUES THEY CAN TERMINATE CONNECTION A 15 DAYS TIME FRAME. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PERSON CAME AT HOME AND INTRODUCED HE IS FROM
RELIANCE AND SOLVE MY PROBLEMS INSTANTLY.I SAID OK , I HAVE ONE CONDITON I WILL PAY YOU ALL THE DUES TILL DATE I.E. 18/11/2015 AND I NEED TO TERMINATE CONNECTION FOR EVER. HE AGREED THESAME AND I HAVE PAID ALL THE DUES ALONG WITH ALSO WAIVED RS.1000.00AGAINST OVER BILLING CHERGED ME THE PREVIOUS 2/3 MONTHS.
ONCE, I RECEIVED THE ACKNOWLEDGE BY MAIL I INFORMED CUSTOMER
SERVICE THAT THERE IS NO OUTSTANDING PENDING WITH RELIANCE AND I DON'T WANT ARISE ANY BILL IN THIS REGARD.I REALY SURPRISED THEY HAVE STARTED SENDING BILL AGAIN SINCE NOV.2015 MENTIONE RENT AMOUNT APPROX. 200/- ON DECEMBER THEY HAVE SENDING ME THEY BILL FULL AMONT RS.299/- PLAN, SERVICE TAX, ETC., THE MONTH OF FEBURARY,2016. I THINK THEY HAVE STARTED GAMBLING WITH CUSTOMER AND WANT SEE HOW LONG THEY ARE PLAYING THIS KIND OF GAME.EVEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERIVICE I STRAIGHT AWAY AWAY APPROACHED HIGHER ATHORITYLIKE NODEL OFFICER, APPELLATE AUTHORITY, CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE ETC.,
AND FORWARDING YOU THE BELOW COMMUNICATION MADE WITH THEM FOR YOUR READY REFERENCE. IN INFORMED TRAI, COMPLAINT SENT CONSUMER COMPLAINT FORUM ETC., PENDING APPROACH FOR TELCOM MINISTRY LEVEL ETC., I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY SORT OUT THE ISSUE FOR EVER. Dearall, Iamnotsingthesaidmobilesince5thOctober,2015andalreadyinformedyourcustomerserviceidonotwantyourserviceregardingsendaterminationrequestIreceivedamessagefromyourcustomerservicethatonceihavesettledtheduestheycanatimeframeoffifteendaystime.Unfortunately,therepresentativeofreliancehascomeatmyresidenceon18.11.2015regardingtosolvetheissuewhereadisputeregardingoverbillingchargedmetowardsVASwithoutmyconsentonJuly,15Billsonwards. ThepersonwhohascommittedtosolvedtheproblemwithgivendiscountagainstthebillafterdiscussedhishigherauthorityoverphoneoneconditionthattowardstotalpaymentIhavesettledallthebillson18thNovember,2015itself.HeagreedtherewillnotbeariseanybillfromReliance. IalsosendamessagetoallcustomerserviceinthisregardpleasetakeupthematterandIamnotresponsibleifarisefromrelease.
